When you call, text, email, or prepare an appointment request, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, appointment city, requested service, preferred timing, signer count, document or assignment type, and scheduling notes.
Do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card information, identification images, medical records, account credentials, or complete document contents through the website form, ordinary email, or text message.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, evaluate travel and availability, coordinate appointments, maintain business records, protect the website, and comply with applicable professional or legal obligations.
Website analytics
The website may use Google Analytics to understand general traffic patterns, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referral source. Analytics data is used to improve the website and is not intended to identify the contents of your documents.
Appointment request form
The current form prepares an email in the visitor’s default email application. The website does not claim that the form is an encrypted document-delivery portal. Information sent by email is handled by the visitor’s email provider and A. Bunch Mobile Notary’s email provider.
