No legal advice or attorney-client relationship
A notary public is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, choose documents, select a notarial act for a signer, explain legal consequences, or advise whether someone should sign. Using this website or contacting the business does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Notarization has a limited purpose
Notarization does not prove that a document is true, accurate, valid, enforceable, or suitable for a particular purpose. The receiving agency, document preparer, lender, title or escrow contact, or an attorney should answer document-specific and legal questions.
Quotes and appointment acceptance
Every request is reviewed before scheduling. Quotes and availability may depend on location, travel, timing, signer count, document type, package size, printing, scanbacks, access conditions, and other assignment requirements. An appointment is not confirmed until the details and quote are accepted.
Signer and document readiness
The customer is responsible for obtaining the correct document and instructions, completing required document sections, ensuring every required signer can personally appear, and providing acceptable identification. The notary may refuse or stop an appointment when legal requirements are not met.
Services not offered
A. Bunch Mobile Notary does not provide legal representation, document drafting, apostille processing, Form I-9 employment verification, or remote online notarization by a California notary.
Third-party instructions and links
Loan signing and other assignments may involve instructions from lenders, title companies, escrow offices, signing services, attorneys, agencies, or other third parties. Those parties remain responsible for their documents, instructions, deadlines, and decisions. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and do not imply control or endorsement.
Website availability and limitations
The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate, but uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or acceptance of any document by a third party cannot be guaranteed.
